When you book through TravelsSphere, your contract for travel services is with the applicable third-party supplier. Supplier terms govern cancellations, changes, refunds, baggage, schedules, and service delivery. TravelsSphere is not responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, overbooking, or service changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelsSphere shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel bookings or use of this website. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid directly to TravelsSphere, if any.
